Coupons

Coupons are discount codes clients (or your staff) apply to a booking.

Create a coupon

1. Basic Info: a Coupon Code like SPRING20, and a Discount Type:

   • Percentage: e.g. 20% off
   • Fixed Amount: e.g. $10 off
   • Free Item
   • Buy X Get Y: e.g. buy 2, get 1 free

2. Eligibility: which services, categories, locations or employees it works for. Leave it on All Services for a simple salon-wide offer.

3. Customer Rules: for example First Booking Only for new-client offers, or Online Only.

4. Usage Limits: cap total uses, uses per client, or set a Minimum Purchase.

5. Validity: start and end dates. Leave blank to start now and never expire.

6. Review, then Create Coupon.

Manual or System?

Manual coupons are codes clients can type in. System coupons can only be applied by your staff from the tablet POS app. Useful for discounts you don’t want shared.
