Open Services
The Services report: the All services table with sales and change against the period before, and sales by category

Pick the range and location at the top, as on Sales.

New services shows a card for each service added in the last 90 days (not the menu you set up when you joined). Each card counts from the day it was added until today, whatever range you picked:

  • A verdict in plain words with what to do: Picking up, Flat, Slowing, Too early to tell (under two full weeks) or Not booked yet.
  • A bar per week, and the times it was done.
  • Clients who had it, Their first time, Came back for it (people who had it on two or more visits) and New to you (clients new to your business).

The section is hidden when you have no new services.

  • By category: service sales and times done per category, with each one’s share.
  • All services: every service with Performed, Listed (prices on the tickets), Discounts & refunds, Sales (what was actually paid for it) and Change against the period before. Click a column to sort (on a phone, use Sort).

Tap a service (in the table or a card). Its page shows service sales and times done (with the change), average price, rating, times done per day or week, its clients in the range (first time, had it before, came back for it) and Who does it most.

Press Export CSV above All services. You get the rows as sorted, plus the totals. The same figures are on Sales > Details > Services.

Why don’t service sales add up to my revenue?

Section titled “Why don’t service sales add up to my revenue?”

Service sales count on the day of the visit and only what was paid for each service. Revenue counts payments on the day they were taken, after refunds. Tips and payments without a visit aren’t service sales. See Sales.

It must be active and added in the last 90 days. Services added in your first week (your opening menu) never count as new.

Off-menu items added to a visit with their own name and price.
