The tablet’s profile asks for an employee PIN to cancel. The owner chooses this in the dashboard under Devices, Profiles.

The sheet shows what happens to the deposit before you confirm. To give it back, refund it from the visit (see Refund a payment).

A canceled visit can’t be restored on the tablet. Check the customer in again as a walk-in, or ask the owner to rebook it in the dashboard.
