Monthly goals

यो पेज अझै नेपालीमा उपलब्ध छैन, त्यसैले अंग्रेजीमा देखाइएको छ।

Monthly goals give you four targets for the whole business and show how you’re doing on the Overview, every day.

Open Monthly goals
Goal What it measures Measured over
Monthly sales Revenue (sales after refunds, without tips) This month so far, with the pace for the whole month
Rebook rate Share of clients who have a next visit booked The last 30 days
New-client return rate Share of new clients who came back The last 30 days
Utilization Share of clocked hours spent with clients The last 30 days

Goals are for the whole business (every location together) and repeat every month. The rates use the last 30 days because a month-to-date rate jumps around early in the month.

  1. Go to Settings > Monthly goals and press Set goals (or Edit goals). You can also press Review on the Overview’s line Set monthly goals: suggested from your history.
  2. Each box shows a suggestion under it, worked out from your own numbers. Type your target, or keep the suggestion.
  3. Leave a box empty for no goal on that one.
  4. Press Save goals.

From your business’s history: sales from your best recent months (the last 6 months), and each rate from the last 90 days plus 5 points, so the goal is a stretch but reachable. A new business may see “Not enough history to suggest one yet”.

At the bottom of the Overview (today only), each goal has a thin bar:

  • Monthly sales: “of $12,000 · on pace for $12,400”. The pace is this month so far, stretched to the whole month.
  • Rates: for example “goal 50% · last 30 days”.

A bar turns green when you’re on pace (sales) or at the goal (rates). Tap a goal to open its report: Sales for this month, Clients or Team for the last 30 days.

Members who can manage the business and see reports. Others with report access see the goals but can’t change them.

Goals show only on today’s Overview, once at least one goal is set, and only to members who can see reports for the whole business.

The “Set monthly goals” line won’t go away

Section titled “The “Set monthly goals” line won’t go away”

It stays until goals are set, so you can always find your way back. Press Review and save.

There’s nothing to measure yet (for example no new clients in the last 30 days for the return rate).
