The front desk screen shows today’s open visits. Use its views and filters, or the Appointments page for any day.

Find appointments

How do I see today’s visits?

The front desk screen has two views at the bottom:

• List View: a card for each open visit (scheduled, checked in, in service or paused). Tap a status at the top, like Checked In, to show only those; All shows everything. All Employees filters by staff member when two or more are on shift.
• Scheduled View: the day as a timeline, one column per person. Use Previous day and Next day to move between days. Tap a visit to open it.

How do I find a visit from another day?

1. Open the menu (top left) and tap Appointments.
2. Use the arrows next to the date (or tap the date) to pick the day.
3. Tap a status to filter, for example Completed or No Show.
4. Tap a row to see its services, payments and tips. Tap Open appointment to open the visit, or Print receipt.

Troubleshooting

A visit is missing from the front desk screen

The front desk screen shows only open visits. Finished, canceled and no-show visits are on the Appointments page. Tap refresh if a new booking hasn’t appeared yet.

It says “No appointments match these filters”

Tap Clear filters, or Show scheduled to see bookings later today.

It says “Failed to load appointments”

Check the internet connection, then tap refresh.
